Stony Creek Metropark Maple Sugaring – March 6, 13, 20, & 27 from 10a-3p (1 hour sessions). Learn the history of sugaring and how to identify maple trees. Hike into the spring woods to tap a maple. Afterwards, return to the campfire and learn the process of boiling sap into rich maple syrup. Face coverings and social distancing are required. All ages. $5 per person. Detroit Santa Claus Pet Photos – Detroit K-9’s team of professional photographers will photograph your family & pets in a beautiful holiday scene. A $5 donation is suggested with 100% of the photo proceeds benefiting Dog Aide, a non-profit organization with the mission to provide assistance to dog owners in the City of Detroit that are experiencing a financial hardship. Downtown Milford 4th of July Parade – Downtown Milford. Due to road closures, this year’s event will take a new scenic route. The parade will begin at 11a on Cabinet Street and will proceed east on Commerce Street to Main Street. Then, will head south on Main Street to end at the entrance of Central Park. For the best parade view, set up a seat along the stretch of Commerce Street from Cabinet to Main Street. You can expect to see proud veterans, color guards, marching bands and more proudly make their way through the route while the community cheers them on. Hosted by Downtown Milford and the Milford Historical Society.

Detroit Santa Claus Pet Photos at K-9 Pet Supplies. Detroit K-9 Pet Supplies invites you to bring your whole family – including your pets – to have pictures taken with Santa.
