Walk through the beautiful Burgh Historical park and enjoy the sights of Halloween. There will be trick or treating stations throughout the park. Farmington Hills Halloween Faith & Blue Trunk or Treat – Enjoy Trunk or Treating, costume contests, crafts, balloon creations, photo booth, and more. Hosted by Faith & Blue and the Farmington Hills Police Department. This is a FREE event. Attendees are asked to donate a non-perishable item C.A.R.E.S of Farmington Hills.
Lexington Fireworks – Lexington Stare Harbor will glow with fireworks at dusk. The annual parade will follow on July 1 at 11a Music, entertainment and parade kick off the festivities. For more info, visit www.lexingtonmichigan.org
Downtown Milford 4th of July Parade – Downtown Milford. Due to road closures, this year’s event will take a new scenic route. The parade will begin at 11a on Cabinet Street and will proceed east on Commerce Street to Main Street. Then, will head south on Main Street to end at the entrance of Central Park. For the best parade view, set up a seat along the stretch of Commerce Street from Cabinet to Main Street. You can expect to see proud veterans, color guards, marching bands and more proudly make their way through the route while the community cheers them on.
