Meadow Brook Garden Club
Meadow Brook Garden Club – (248-364-6200, meadowbrookhall.org). The Meadow Brook Garden Club also offers special programs that feature a guest speaker. These take place monthly at Meadow Brook Hall. Coffee and refreshments are served at 9:15a, and the program starts at 10a. $5 suggested donation. All ages event. Reservations are not required. MORE INFO.
Yoga in the Rock Garden – (5:40p registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations by 4p on event date. American Legion Post 374 and VFW Post 9222 are hosting a Memorial Day Ceremony at City Hall. Following the ceremony, the Legion will host a post-ceremony at noon. Hosted by the City of Berkley. Hosted by the Berkley American Legion Stanley J. Fons Post 374.

Stony Creek Metropark MetroBarks: Paws in the Park – (586-781-4242, metroparks.com)
Explore Stony Creek Metropark with your furry friend. During each program, a park interpreter will meet you at different dog-friendly rustic trails throughout the park. Enjoy a nice hike through the woods as you discover the trees, wildflowers, and animals that call the Metroparks home. All ages event. $5 Adult / $3 Child. Berkley Summer Outdoor Movie Night
Berkley Summer Outdoor Movie Night – Berkley, Michigan Parks and Rec is holding Free Summer Outdoor Movie Night at Community Park (next to the Berkley Community Center). They are also hosting another outdoor movie on the Berkley Community Center Lawn. The movies start at dusk but the fun starts at 6p. Often there is plenty of entertainment for the kids at these events. Often there have been inflatables and concessions stands before the movie starts. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy! This movie is part of Berkley Parks and Rec’s Summer Fest. Summer Fest a series of fun events for people of all ages that reside in Berkley.
