Oakland County Parks Pet Wellness Clinic
Oakland County Parks Pet Wellness Clinic – Orion Oaks Dog Park – Oakland County Parks Pet Vaccinations clinics for dogs and cats are low-cost. Pets must either be leashed or brought in a carrier to the events. No appointments are needed to get your pet vaccinated, obtain preventative care, receive microchipping and/or purchase a dog license. Vaccinations, heartworm tests, flea prevention and dewormer are available. For pet safety, bring dogs on a short leash with a snug collar and cats in a carrier. There are no residency requirements

Indian Springs Mothers Day Hike
Indian Springs Mothers Day Hike – (248-625-6640, metroparks.com). A guided hike along the
nature trails to learn about the blooms and wildlife we see along the way and appreciate their beauty up close as we celebrate the holiday together out in nature. $3 Child / $5 Adult. Pre-registration required. Advanced pre-registration required online or call 248-625-7280.

Foster Care Orientation Meeting
Foster Care Orientation meeting at the Ennis Center for Children are for anyone interested in learning more about how to become a licensed foster parent. The orientation is the first step towards becoming a licensed foster parent with Ennis Center for Children. Information is provided about the types of children in care, how they enter care, and the process/skills needed to become a licensed foster parent. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 5p-7p at each local Ennis office. Virtual meetings are held via ZOOM every 3rd Tuesday of the month. For more info, www.enniscenter.org
