Ferndale Easter Egg-Stravaganza
Ferndale Easter Egg-Stravaganza – Each hunt is FREE and will feature three parks, with areas for younger children. The schedule is as follows – 1p – Wilson Park (For Ages 1-4 Only); 1:30p – Geary Park; 2p – Martin Road Park.
At each site, children will have the opportunity to gather as many prize-filled eggs as they can. One egg in each section contains a special golden ticket that will grant its finder with a special Easter basket. Geary Park and Martin Road Park will each have an area dedicated to younger children (ages 1-4) and older children (ages 5-11). At Martin Road Park, children and parents will have the opportunity to meet and take pictures with the Easter Bunny. This is a FREE event, no pre-registration is required, but please consider donating to support Ferndale P&R programming. Hosted by Ferndale Parks & Recreation. Southfield Daddy Daughter Dance
Southfield Daddy Daughter Dance – Young ladies ages 2-14 and younger are invited to dress their best for this special night. Each girl will receive a special gift. Please dress your best for this special night of dancing and refreshments. Don’t forget your camera to catch all the fun and special moments. Call 248-796-4620 for cost info and to register. Ferndale Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony – Downtown Ferndale Michigan
The parade begins on Livernois at Maplehurst, north to Oakridge St, west to Pinecrest, south to Nine Mile Rd, east to Livernois, and south on Livernois to the Veteran’s Memorial Mall for ceremony at 11a. Hosted by the Ferndale Memorial Association.

Geary Park Skate Jam
Geary Park Skate Jam at Geary Skate Park. Skate contests presented by Ferndale Parks & Recreation. This event will feature
competitions in 4 categories: skateboarding, inline skating, BMX, and scooters. Participants will showcase their skills and compete for the coveted 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards in each category.
