Maybury Farm Making Maple Syrup Tours
Maybury Farm Making Maple Syrup Tours – 50165 Eight Mile approximately 1 ¼ miles west of Beck, Northville Twp, MI 48167. Take a hayride to the Maple tree grove, tap the trees, bring sap back to evaporator and watch how maple syrup is made. Your family will not only see all of the steps in producing maple syrup but they will also take part in the process. Maple syrup and maple syrup products for purchase in the General Store in the Welcome Center. Dress warmly and boots are a must. Call 248-374-0200 for cost info and registration info. Celebrate Birmingham Parade and Party
Celebrate Birmingham Parade and Party at Shain Park – the Downtown Birmingham Hometown Parade event
will feature children’s activities, live entertainment and food inside Shain Park immediately following the parade. This event is a celebration of the Birmingham community and schools. Participation offers an opportunity for businesses, organizations, individuals, schools and groups to promote themselves to the community. People of all ages come to town to celebrate and enjoy the family-fun festivities. The half-mile parade route travels through the charming downtown with many shops and restaurants.
