Touch A Truck Events listings for Oakland County and Metro Detroit events for kids who love big trucks, fire trucks, emergency vehicles and more with lights and sirens. Many of these events also feature Sensory-Friendly hours for children with special needs who want to appreciate the trucks without the horns, bells, sirens, and flashing lights.

Police, Fire and Rescue; Construction and Maintenance; along with many other vehicles will be there. Dexter Halloween Events – Thrills at the Mills
Hudson Mills Metropark – (8801 N Territorial Rd, Dexter, MI 48130, 734-426-8211, metroparks.com)
Annual Trunk-or-Treat. Vehicles used in the park, like a dump truck, police car, and tractor will also be onsite decorated and ready to hand out candy. The Metroparks Outreach van will be there too with activities for the kids. In between filling up your bag with Halloween treats, bring your dancing shoes to participate in a big screen dance party. Trunk-or-Treating – 4p-6p Dance Party – 4p–6p Dog Activities – 5p-7p. Pre-register required online or by calling 734-426-8211. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark.
