Troy Cooperative Preschool Open House – Stop by and learn more about Troy Cooperative Preschool. Families will have the opportunity to meet the TCP staff and other parents, while children explore the classrooms. Learn more about co-op preschools and the benefits to children and families. Waterford Oaks Wave Pool Dog Swim
Waterford Oaks Wave Pool Dog Swim – at Waterford Oaks County Park. All dogs owners must show valid Michigan dog license and proof of current vaccinations at the time of the event. Dogs swim by weight category. Three swims: Noon-12:50p – 70lbs plus, 1p-1:50p – 31lbs-69lbs, 2p-2:50p – 30lbs and under. Pre-registration cost is $10/dog and includes admission, contest entry, a gift for owner, and one 50-minute swim session. On-site registration is $15/dog if availability allows. To register, call 248-858-0916. Phone registrations will be accepted until noon on September 4. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.

Detroit Zoo Tons of Trucks
Detroit Zoo Tons of Trucks – Interact with vehicles of all shapes and sizes at the Detroit Zoo. At Tons of Trucks, you’ll touch and climb trucks, lifts and carts used by Detroit Zoo staff, and see vehicles from local police and fire departments, construction companies and more.
