Sylvan Lake Easter Egg Hunt – To participate please donate a dozen plastic eggs and candy to Sylvan Lake City Hall by 4/6/23. There will be multiple hunts based on age groups. Get your child’s picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Hosted by Sylvan Lake Recreation.
Troy Stage Nature Center Earth Day Celebration – 86 Plastic will give a short program to highlight that less than 5% of what we send to recycling is truly repurposed. She will be presenting ways to replace common household (plastic) items for a more sustainable swap. Learn how to reduce waste, reuse what you have, and even save money. Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade – 11a (lineup) / Parade at 11:30a at Sylvan Lake City Hall and Memorial Park.
The Parade will begin at 11:30a at City Hall and end at Memorial Park with a brief ceremony. Kids are welcome to decorate their bikes and participate in the parade. Veterans that wish to participate are asked to contact Jim Smith at 248-904-9085 to be recognized at Memorial Park ceremony.
Sylvan Lake Fireworks at Dusk – Displayed over Sylvan Lake. Best viewing spots along the lake closest to Downtown Sylvan Lake. Hosted by the City of Sylvan Lake.
Wag-O-Ween – Get your pup dressed up and ready for Halloween at the dog costume contest! Three weight category contests where winners will be chosen in each weight category. Limited to the first 40 dogs registered in each weight category. Enjoy the complimentary photo booth. Hosted by The Mall at Partridge Creek.
Partridge Creek Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration – Enjoy specials, treats, live entertainment, the Tree Lighting, and Santa and Mrs Claus. The first 1000 children under the age of ten at each entrance of the mall will receive a light up wand to help Santa light the tree. While Supplies Last. Hosted by The Mall at Partridge Creek.
