Rochester Hills Festival of the Hills Fireworks – at Borden Park. Oakland County’s largest fireworks show returns to Borden Park in Rochester Hills. The Festival of the Hills at Borden Park starts at 6p with family games, music and live entertainment, and the fireworks kicking off at 10:06pm. Fireworks Hotline – 248-841-BOOM. Stony Creek Nighttime Nature
Stony Creek Nighttime Nature at Stony Creek Metropark – Stony Creek Metropark – (586-781-4242,
metroparks.com). A short presentation from a naturalist followed by an evening out on a nature walk. Ages 8+. $5 per person. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 586-781-9113. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. You can purchase an annual pass HERE.

Dog Day at the Oak Park Pool
Dog Day at the Oak Park Pool (248-691-7555) – Each registered dog receives a gift and a 55 minute dog-only swim session. Different 55 minute blocks of time per weight of dog. The owners must provide proof of current vaccinations and a dog license before the dog is allowed entry. All dogs must be at least four months old. Dogs displaying aggressive behavior will be asked to leave without refund. Register your dog and learn about cost info at 248-691-7555 and indicate your dog’s weight (under 30 lbs, 30-69 lbs, or 70 lbs plus). Hosted by Oak Park Recreation.
