Farmington Memorial Day Parade
Farmington Memorial Day Parade – at the Intersection of Grand River & Orchard Lake Road on Grand River Avenue, between Orchard Lake Road and downtown Farmington. The event ends with a ceremony at Memorial Park at Grand River Avenue & Oakland Street, followed by a free community luncheon hosted at the American Legion. The Parade Committee is looking for volunteers who would like to join the team and help organize and manage the event. Troy Memorial Day Ceremony
Troy Memorial Day Ceremony – at Troy City Hall. The City of Troy is holding their Memorial Day Ceremony at 10a at Veterans Memorial Plaza in front of City Hall. Join others to honor fallen men and women who served our country to ensure our freedom with memorializing speeches, music and reflection. The ceremony also includes raising of the colors by the Troy Police Department Honor Guard, and the laying of a Memorial Wreath. The public is welcome to attend. Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play
Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members
or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. Drop-in, no advance registration required. Free for fitness members, or purchase a day pass. Children under 3 are free. Fitness Center pass and membership info. Hosted by Troy Recreation.

Open Bounce at Inflatable Playspaces – 248-288-5888, www.inflatableplayspaces.com. Inflatable Playspaces rents inflatables and backyard party games of every kind. They also have a great indoor bounce room & party room. On Fridays they open up their HUGE open bounce room for open jump for the low price of $9 per child (parents of children are FREE).

Michigan Antique Festival in Midland will take place on select weekends in June and September. Michigan
Antique Festival at Midland County Fairgrounds in Midland runs 8a-6p Saturday, and 9a-4p Sunday. Michigan Antique Festival is Michigan’s largest antique and collectible festival. 9:30p is Kids Night Out at Troy Gym. a great opportunity for parents to have a night off while their children burn off some energy at the gym. Pack a snack or small dollars/quarters for snack time. Space is limited, pre-enroll is preferred. $20 per child. More info at troygym.com.
