Milford Movies at Central Park – Milford Twp is hosting their FREE Milford Picnic and Movies series in Downtown Milford on select days through the summer. Movies start at dusk. Milford Community Picnics take place at Central Park and feature games, bouncers, refreshments, hot dogs, climbing wall, pony rides & petting farm, crafts, and science alive.

Farmington Summer Concerts
Farmington Summer Concerts at Riley Park – Riley Park in Farmington, Michigan will host free summer concerts on Friday nights at the Walter E Sundquist Pavilion as part of the Rhythmz in Riley Park concert series.
Also usually featured at Riley Park will be the Lunch Beats noon-time summer concert series every Wednesday this summer.
Concerts run every Friday from 7p-9p and feature pop music, folk, country, rock-a-billy and more. Chairs and blankets are recommended.

Yoga in the Rock Garden – (8:40a registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations. Ticket holders for sessions cancelled by Meadow Brook Hall in the case of inclement weather will receive a full refund. $15. More Info / Book tickets.

Parents, grandparents, nannies and caregivers: Bring your little ones to Wint Nature Center for a caregiver-guided hour of activities, fun and friendship with local families on Thursdays. Participate in a caregiver-led activity provided by nature center staff. Enjoy coffee, tea and conversation with other caregivers. Strengthen community connections –conversation for adults; social interaction for babies, toddlers and young children. Optional activities may take place outside, dress for the weather. This program is free and no preregistration is necessary, although park entry fee applies for those without a vehicle permit. Caregivers must supervise children at all times. Siblings are welcome. Arts, Beats, and Eats returns to Royal Oak MI this Labor Day Weekend for four days of fun. ABE will offer more than 200 performances on nine stages, a highly ranked juried fine art show and dozens of local restaurants and food trucks, as well as new, innovative programming and hands-on activities to enjoy over the four-day holiday weekend.
