Kids Night Out at Troy Gym at Troy Gym (248-816 8496, troygym.com). Every Saturday Night from 6:30p-
9:30p is Kids Night Out at Troy Gym. a great opportunity for parents to have a night off while their children burn off some energy at the gym. Pack a snack or small dollars/quarters for snack time. Space is limited, pre-enroll is preferred. $20 per child. More info at troygym.com.
Walled Lake Fireworks
Walled Lake Fireworks – Walled Lake’s Annual Market Day / Beach Party / Summer Festival on East Lake Drive and Mercer Beach is during the day. Shop local vendors, enjoy a day of live entertainment and food all alongside beautiful Walled Lake. Fireworks follow at Dusk. Lake Orion Jubilee festival
Lake Orion Jubilee festival – The Lake Orion Lions Club host the annual Jubilee carnival every June in Downtown Lake Orion. The annual celebration features carnival midway rides and games, live entertainment, a beer tent and more.
Time Out – A Quiet Space for Adults – On Sunday nights at 7:30, Northminster Presbyterian Church is hosting a time of peaceful silence. This is not a religious service: this is a space for anyone and everyone seeking a little more quiet time in their lives.
Pastor Chris will open the Northminster Sanctuary at 7 p.m. as quiet, meditative music plays.
Quiet activities, such as reading, writing, or coloring, are welcomed and encouraged. Tools for meditative practices will also be available.
We ask that you leave your phone at home or in the car; but a phone/technology check-in will be available at the entrance of the sanctuary.
All are invited, regardless of personal background or religious tradition.

Downtown Detroit Ford Fireworks – at Detroit River / Downtown Detroit. Detroit’s skyline will once again dance with lights and music as The Parade Company and Ford bring you the 66th Annual Fireworks along the Detroit River. Come Out and Play
Come Out and Play – at Pontiac Oaks. Enjoy a day on the playground and other fun activities during the free Come Out & Play
event. During this special day, day camps and members of the public can enjoy free access to the zip line, water and non-water inflatables and the climbing tower. Children must be at least 45 pounds and 42 inches tall and wear closed-toe shoes for the zip line. A waiver form is also required. Shoes are required for the climbing tower and socks are required for the non-water inflatables. For the water inflatables, guests may want to bring a swimsuit or change of clothes. Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play
Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members
or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. Drop-in, no advance registration required. Free for fitness members, or purchase a day pass. Children under 3 are free. Fitness Center pass and membership info. Hosted by Troy Recreation.
Rochester Hills Fireworks
Rochester Hills Festival of the Hills Fireworks – at Borden Park. Oakland County’s largest fireworks show returns to Borden Park in Rochester Hills. The Festival of the Hills at Borden Park starts at 6p with family games, music and live entertainment, and the fireworks kicking off at 10:06pm. Fireworks Hotline – 248-841-BOOM. Troy Free Summer Concerts
Troy Free Summer Concerts – Boulan Park will be home to the FREE concert series on select Thursday Nights. Grab a blanket and some lawn chairs and enjoy the food trucks available on site and the tunes sounds at one of the loveliest parks in Troy, MI. Many musical styles and genres will be represented.
