Stony Creek Metropark MetroBarks: Paws in the Park – (586-781-4242, metroparks.com)
Explore Stony Creek Metropark with your furry friend. During each program, a park interpreter will meet you at different dog-friendly rustic trails throughout the park. Enjoy a nice hike through the woods as you discover the trees, wildflowers, and animals that call the Metroparks home. All ages event. $5 Adult / $3 Child. Wixom Summer Family Fun Nights is a series of FREE family fun events that take place in Downtown Wixom’s Sibley Park ALL SUMMER LONG.
Wixom Summer Family Fun Days at Sibley Park takes place on Thursdays from 6p-7:30p before the Wixom Summer Concerts series. Each Thursday evening will have a new, festive theme. All events are weather permitting and exact times are dependent on the event.

Troy Dogs Only Swim
Troy Dogs Only Swim TFAC Doggie Splash at Troy Family Aquatic Center (248-524-3484). 45 minute dogs only swim. Dogs must be 6 mos old with current dog license. $12 for Troy Dog Park Members, $15 for residents, $18 for non-residents. Tags must be worn the day of event. Aggressive dogs will not be allowed or will be asked to leave w/out refund. Dogs under 30 lbs from 10a-10:45a, 31-61 lbs from 11a-11:45a, 61 lbs plus from noon 12:45p. Must register by September 6. Online registration. Hosted by Troy Recreation.
