Canterbury Village Fall Festival

Canterbury Village Fall Festival – Family friendly fun with all sort sorts of fall activities. Pumpkin decorating, hay bale pyramid, balloon artists, kids activities, petting zoo, bounce houses, music, food, shopping and more. Plus cider and doughnuts. $3 advanced online / $6 at the gate. Kensington Weekend Hayrides

Kensington Weekend Hayrides – at Kensington Metropark – (810-227-8910, metroparks.com). Enjoy a horse-

drawn or tractor-drawn hayride (depending on the weather) through the wooded trails around the Farm Center. 20-minute hayrides. All ages. $3 child / $5 adult. Pre-registration is not required. Tickets for weekend hayrides are sold at the Farm Center Office.

Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play

Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members

or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. Kensington Metropark Fun on the Farm – from 10a-11a OR 1p-2p. Fun on the Farm is an indoor and outdoor children’s series that focuses on different animals and aspects of farming each session. Each program will include a story, hands-on activity, and a chance to get up close and personal with that week’s topic. Ages 2-6. $5 per child / Adults FREE.
