Royal Oak Restaurant Week – Many Royal Oak favorites are participating and offering deep discounts to some of the finest
restaurants and bars in Michigan. Enjoy 3-course lunch and dinner menus from participating restaurants in Royal Oak.
Three restaurants for Restaurant Week Royal Oak will be serving kids menus. Royal Oak is the first place in Metro Detroit to offer our youngest eaters a variety of options specifically for them. Kids menus are available at Lily’s Seafood Grill & Brewery, Lockharts BBQ, and Elephant and Co.

Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play
Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members
or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. Drop-in, no advance registration required. Free for fitness members, or purchase a day pass. Children under 3 are free. Fitness Center pass and membership info. Hosted by Troy Recreation.

Troy Community Center Used Jewelry & Purse Sale (248-524-3484). Stop in at this fundraising event in room
304 benefiting the Friends of Troy Seniors. They will have an assortment of gently used purses and jewelry at bargain prices. Donations will be taken beginning May 20 at the Troy Community Center front desk. This is a FREE event. Hosted by Troy Recreation.
Orion Twp Summer Concerts
Orion Twp Summer Concerts – Enjoy free concerts on the hill at Wildwood Amphitheater in Orion Twp this summer on Thursdays. The Wildwood Amphitheater opened just a few summers ago and will be home to the free concerts this summer.

Open Bounce at Inflatable Playspaces – 248-288-5888, www.inflatableplayspaces.com. Inflatable Playspaces rents inflatables and backyard party games of every kind. They also have a great indoor bounce room & party room. On Fridays they open up their HUGE open bounce room for open jump for the low price of $9 per child (parents of children are FREE).

Kensington Metropark Fun on the Farm
Kensington Metropark Fun on the Farm – from 10a-11a OR 1p-2p. Fun on the Farm is an indoor and outdoor children’s series that focuses on different animals and aspects of farming each session. Each program will include a story, hands-on activity, and a chance to get up close and personal with that week’s topic. Ages 2-6. $5 per child / Adults FREE.
