Orion Twp Summer Concerts

Orion Twp Summer Concerts – Enjoy free concerts on the hill at Wildwood Amphitheater in Orion Twp this summer on Thursdays. The Wildwood Amphitheater opened just a few summers ago and will be home to the free concerts this summer.

Kensington Weekend Hayrides

Kensington Weekend Hayrides – at Kensington Metropark – (810-227-8910, metroparks.com). Enjoy a horse-

drawn or tractor-drawn hayride (depending on the weather) through the wooded trails around the Farm Center. 20-minute hayrides. All ages. $3 child / $5 adult. Pre-registration is not required. Tickets for weekend hayrides are sold at the Farm Center Office.

Clawson Fall Festival

Clawson Fall Festival – Clawson City Park. Celebrate the beginning of fall with an afternoon of fun! The day includes free hayrides, farm animals, inflatables, baked goods 4 sale, games and more. The day ends with a bonfire conducted by the Clawson Fire Department. Contact Clawson Parks and Rec for more info at 248-589-0344. Hosted by the City of Clawson.

Northville Summer Concerts

Northville Summer Concerts – The Northville, Michigan Downtown Development Authority has announced their Summer Concert Series dates.

The Northville concerts will be held on Friday and Saturday evenings from June through August at the Town Square (Located on Main Street across from the Marquis Theatre). Concerts start at 7p. These shows are all acoustic.

Indian Springs Metropark Great Skeleton Scavenger Hunt – Grab your family, friends and your courage and come find these skeletons in The Great Skeleton Scavenger Hunt. Your first stop is the Environmental Discovery Center where you will pick up your skeleton scavenger hunt map and form. Then head out on the nature trails to spot as many skeletons as you can. Remember to pay attention to what you see them doing. Bring your scavenger hunt form back to the Environmental Discovery Center to see if you won a prize. All Ages. FREE event. Tollgate Farm Pumpkinfest

Tollgate Farm Pumpkinfest at MSU Tollgate Farm. Take a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch to pick your perfect pumpkin. Many events FREE, some with small fees. Food, music, farm animals, educational exhibits, and children’s activities all make for a fun fall outing for all ages. $5 per person, 3 and under FREE.
