Meadow Brook Garden Club
Meadow Brook Garden Club – (248-364-6200, meadowbrookhall.org). The Meadow Brook Garden Club also offers special programs that feature a guest speaker. These take place monthly at Meadow Brook Hall. Coffee and refreshments are served at 9:15a, and the program starts at 10a. $5 suggested donation. All ages event. Reservations are not required. MORE INFO.
Yoga in the Rock Garden – (5:40p registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations by 4p on event date. Ticket holders for sessions cancelled by Meadow Brook Hall in the case of inclement weather will receive a full refund. $15. More Info / Book tickets.
Rochester Parade of Heroes
Rochester Parade of Heroes – Schedule: 8a – City of Rochester Ceremony at Mt Avon / 9a – Parade begins at
Mt Avon Cemetery in Rochester / 10:30a – Parade ends at Veteran’s Point, Rochester Hills, with a closing Ceremony by Rochester Hills / 11:30a – Hot dogs at Rochester Fire Station.. Hosted by the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce. in conjunction with the City of Rochester, the City of Rochester Hills, and Oakland Twp.

Farmington Memorial Day Parade
Farmington Memorial Day Parade – at the Intersection of Grand River & Orchard Lake Road on Grand River Avenue, between Orchard Lake Road and downtown Farmington. The event ends with a ceremony at Memorial Park at Grand River Avenue & Oakland Street, followed by a free community luncheon hosted at the American Legion. The Parade Committee is looking for volunteers who would like to join the team and help organize and manage the event. Walled Lake Fireworks
Walled Lake Fireworks – Walled Lake’s Annual Market Day / Beach Party / Summer Festival on East Lake Drive and Mercer Beach is during the day. Shop local vendors, enjoy a day of live entertainment and food all alongside beautiful Walled Lake. Fireworks follow at Dusk.
