O.A.K. in the Hills
O.A.K. in the Hills at Spencer Park. Enjoy archery, camping, yoga, rock wall, kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking,
reptiles, pickleball, zip line and more during O.A.K. in the Hills Outdoor Adventure Kickoff. All ages are welcome and admission is FREE. This event is sponsored by Oakland County Parks and Recreation and the City Rochester Hills.

Yoga in the Rock Garden – (5:40p registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations by 4p on event date. Ticket holders for sessions cancelled by Meadow Brook Hall in the case of inclement weather will receive a full refund. $15. More Info / Book tickets.
Royal Oak Memorial Day Parade
Royal Oak Memorial Day Parade – The parade will start at Main Street & Lincoln and will proceed north to Second Street The parade has been held on Memorial Day for several decades as a respectful tribute to our veterans – past and present. Ferndale Memorial Day Parade
Ferndale Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony – Downtown Ferndale Michigan
The parade begins on Livernois at Maplehurst, north to Oakridge St, west to Pinecrest, south to Nine Mile Rd, east to Livernois, and south on Livernois to the Veteran’s Memorial Mall for ceremony at 11a. Hosted by the Ferndale Memorial Association.

Waterford Memorial Day Parade
Waterford Memorial Day Parade – Burke Lumber (Dixie Hwy and Sashabaw Rd, Waterford, MI).
The annual Memorial Day parade hosted by Pontiac Waterford Elks 810. The parade route is along Dixie Hwy. beginning at Sashabaw Rd., then traveling NW to the intersection of Dixie & Williams Lake Rd. For more info, visit www.waterfordmi.gov.

Detroit VegFest – The state’s largest plant-based event returns to Eastern Market for a second year with nearly 100 vendors, including popular plant-based restaurants, specialty food items, and eco-friendly shopping. Downtown Detroit Ford Fireworks – at Detroit River / Downtown Detroit. Detroit’s skyline will once again dance with lights and music as The Parade Company and Ford bring you the 66th Annual Fireworks along the Detroit River. Rochester Hills Festival of the Hills Fireworks – at Borden Park. Oakland County’s largest fireworks show returns to Borden Park in Rochester Hills. The Festival of the Hills at Borden Park starts at 6p with family games, music and live entertainment, and the fireworks kicking off at 10:06pm. Fireworks Hotline – 248-841-BOOM.
