Clarkston Preschool Nature Program

Clarkston Preschool Nature Program at Wint Nature Center (248-625-6473). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. A different seasonal theme each month. Cost is $5/child. Preregistration with payment required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or 248-625-6473. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.

Mt Clemens Fireworks

Mt Clemens Fireworks at Clinton Riverfront Park. The Independence Day Celebration fireworks will be launched at Dusk (approximately 10p) following a concert. Prime viewing is located throughout Downtown Mount Clemens near the Clinton River waterfront Downtown. NB Gratiot Ave, and the Crocker and Dickinson bridges are closed to vehicle traffic at approximately 7p. For more info, please call the Mt Clemens DDA at 586-469-4168. Clarkston Independence Fest – Independence Fest returns to Clintonwood Park in Clarkston Michigan and features fireworks, a Veterans Celebration, food, live entertainment and much more! Hosted by Independence Township.

White Lake Fireworks

White Lake Fireworks – White Lake Citizens League Fireworks at Dusk. Annual Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks Display on White Lake. Fireworks will be launched from 2 barges located near the southern end of White Lake. Private Event. For more info, visit www.wlcl.org
