Wheels & Squeals Touch a Truck – FREE touch a truck event. Parking on site is extremely limited. Take advantage of the free shuttle provided by
Oakland County Parks. Pick up from Silver Lake Church of the Nazarene. 520 W Walton Blvd, Pontiac, MI 48340. Shuttle runs from 4:45p-8p. This event is free and open to the public. Contact 248-858-0916 for more information. Hosted by the City of Pontiac in conjunction with Oakland County Parks.

Common Ground Art Fair Birmingham
Common Ground Art Fair Birmingham – More than 100 artists from across the country presenting their handmade artwork in ceramics, painting, photography, glass, jewelry, sculpture, wood and more. The Fair’s artist booths will be on Old Woodward south of Maple Road. Hosted by theguild.org. Saturday from 10a-6p and Sunday from 10a-5p.

Clawson Fall Festival
Clawson Fall Festival – Clawson City Park. Celebrate the beginning of fall with an afternoon of fun! The day includes free hayrides, farm animals, inflatables, baked goods 4 sale, games and more. Tollgate Farm Pumpkinfest at MSU Tollgate Farm. Take a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch to pick your perfect pumpkin. Many events FREE, some with small fees. Food, music, farm animals, educational exhibits, and children’s activities all make for a fun fall outing for all ages. $5 per person, 3 and under FREE. Foster Care Orientation Meeting
Foster Care Orientation meeting at the Ennis Center for Children are for anyone interested in learning more about how to become a licensed foster parent. The orientation is the first step towards becoming a licensed foster parent with Ennis Center for Children. Information is provided about the types of children in care, how they enter care, and the process/skills needed to become a licensed foster parent. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 5p-7p at each local Ennis office. Virtual meetings are held via ZOOM every 3rd Tuesday of the month. For more info, www.enniscenter.org
