West Bloomfield Parks National Trails Day – Walnut Creek Middle School. Meet and park at Walnut Creek
Middle School for a walk along our scenic and historic rail-to-trail network ending at Sylvan Manor Park. There will be naturalist on the trail to answer all of your questions or discuss what you discovered along the way. Free shirts are passed out between 8a-8:30a at a first come, first served basis while supplies last. This is a FREE event. No pre-registration required. Hosted by WB Parks.

Skull Island Camp Open House at Skull Island Camp (248-789-2223, www.skullislandcamp.com). Tour Skull Island, meet the
staff, and preview Skull Island camps at this fun event. Kids can try out the zip lines, fish, climb on the climbing walls & pirate ships, and more. Pontoon Boat ride shuttles run all day to and from the camp. Check out Skull Island for FREE.

Village of Rochester Hills Music & Me Tuesdays at Festival Park – This summer, join Ms. Jenna with Mini Musicians~Music
Together at the Village for “Music and Me~On Tuesdays Too!”. Each Tuesday, starting at 10a, enjoy a 45-minute musical activity with your child. There will be singing, dancing, and shaking rhythmic instruments together. This is a FREE event, so bring a blanket and get ready to shake, rattle and roll with your child. Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play
Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members
or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. together for the 2nd annual City-wide giving event at the Troy Community Center. Think: giant yard sale, except everything is free. Come find items you need or plan to bring items you wish to give. West Bloomfield Parks Go Fish Event – Marshbank Park (wbparks.org)
Join WB Parks on the fishing pier located on Cass Lake to share in this great outdoor pastime. WB Parks will have staff on hand with a limited number of fishing poles provided for hands-on instruction to get you and your child started. Win a fishing themed prize if you catch the smallest or the largest fish. A simple craft and game will be available in case the fish aren’t biting. $9 resident / $11 non-resident. Foster Care Orientation Meeting
Foster Care Orientation meeting at the Ennis Center for Children are for anyone interested in learning more about how to become a licensed foster parent. The orientation is the first step towards becoming a licensed foster parent with Ennis Center for Children. Information is provided about the types of children in care, how they enter care, and the process/skills needed to become a licensed foster parent. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 5p-7p at each local Ennis office. Virtual meetings are held via ZOOM every 3rd Tuesday of the month. For more info, www.enniscenter.org
