Kensington Metropark Fun on the Farm – from 10a-11a OR 1p-2p. Fun on the Farm is an indoor and outdoor children’s series that focuses on different animals and aspects of farming each session. Each program will include a story, hands-on activity, and a chance to get up close and personal with that week’s topic. Ages 2-6. $5 per child / Adults FREE. Mt Clemens Fireworks
Mt Clemens Fireworks at Clinton Riverfront Park. The Independence Day Celebration fireworks will be launched at Dusk (approximately 10p) following a concert. Prime viewing is located throughout Downtown Mount Clemens near the Clinton River waterfront Downtown. NB Gratiot Ave, and the Crocker and Dickinson bridges are closed to vehicle traffic at approximately 7p. For more info, please call the Mt Clemens DDA at 586-469-4168. Clinton Twp Fireworks
Clinton Twp Fireworks – at 6p (fireworks start at 10p). Preshow fun (fun for kids, live music) begins at 6p. Food vendors available
on-site. Shuttle Bus Service available from Erie Elementary School and overflow parking at Chippewa Valley 9th Grade Center. For people with loved ones interred at Resurrection Cemetery, the cemetery is extending hours on 7/4 & 7/10 to allow for visitors to share the 7/10 Clinton Twp fireworks with their loved one.
