Yoga in the Rock Garden – (5:40p registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations by 4p on event date. Village of Rochester Hills Music & Me Wednesdays
Village of Rochester Hills Music & Me Wednesdays at Festival Park. Children will be able to sing, dance, and
interact with each other during this fun morning performance. Bring a blanket and be prepared to be inspired by the musical talents of your children. This class is geared towards children birth to five years old. The program recognizes early childhood music for infants to kindergartners with adult involvement. These events are FREE event to attend. These events are hosted by Mrs Calissa from Sing Play Speak and by TheVofRH.
