Clarkston Preschool Nature Program
Clarkston Preschool Nature Program at Wint Nature Center (248-625-6473). Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and a related hands-on activity. Each child will make a craft to take home. A different seasonal theme each month. Cost is $5/child. Preregistration with payment required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or 248-625-6473. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.

Downtown Detroit Ford Fireworks – at Detroit River / Downtown Detroit. Detroit’s skyline will once again dance with lights and music as The Parade Company and Ford bring you the 66th Annual Fireworks along the Detroit River. Rochester Hills Festival of the Hills Fireworks – at Borden Park. Oakland County’s largest fireworks show returns to Borden Park in Rochester Hills.
