Pontiac’s Annual Community Autism Event – This is a FREE event. Donations are accepted. The event will consist of over 15 different activity stations for the children to make, create and play however they’d like. Hockey Mentors for Special Olympians – Hockey Mentors offers an afternoon of free hockey and ice skating for individuals with any type of special needs, whether that is cognitive, physical or emotional, their family and caregivers. The family friendly event, taking place in two of the Troy Sports Center rinks, includes skate rental, hockey equipment, lunch, t-shirt for those skating and a jersey for guests trying out hockey. Shelby Lions Club Carnival – Lakeside Mall in Sterling Heights will
host the annual carnival put on by the Shelby Twp Lions Club this Spring. This event will be a fundraiser for the organization. This event will be held at Lakeside Mall.
The 11-day carnival has rides and food featured by North American Midway Entertainment.
