Detroit Santa Claus Pet Photos – Detroit K-9’s team of professional photographers will photograph your family & pets in a beautiful holiday scene. A $5 donation is suggested with 100% of the photo proceeds benefiting Dog Aide, a non-profit organization with the mission to provide assistance to dog owners in the City of Detroit that are experiencing a financial hardship. Rochester Hills Carnival – Lions Club Annual Leader Dogs Spring Carnival info. The Rochester Hills Carnival will be held at Hampton Village Center (The Target / Best Buy) parking lot on NE Corner of Rochester Rd and Auburn Rd. This carnival had previously occupied the old KMart parking lot on Rochester Rd and Avon Rd.
