Riley Park Ice Rink Choco Valentine Skate – Hershey Kiss Bingo, s’mores, and skating! The rink does not have rental skates, but there are of skates available for skaters to borrow. Hosted by the City of Farmington and the Farmington Community Library.

Indian Springs Metropark Earth Day Camp – Day camp for kids will cover the basics of reduce, reuse, recycle. Campers will learn to be more conscious visitors in the parks and in nature. Enjoy lots of fun projects and crafts. Please bring a lunch and wear clothes that can get messy. Ages 7+. $40 per person. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 248-625-7280. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. You can purchase an annual pass HERE.
MetroBarks Dog Walking Club at Indian Springs Metropark – Prepare to walk between one to three miles along our paved trail, with stops along the way for your pups to sniff, explore and rest. Dogs are required to remain on a 6-foot leash. Please be prepared to clean up your pet’s waste. If your dog is having a bad day or displaying aggressive behaviors, you may be asked to leave the program early. Ages 8+. $3 per child / $5 per adult. Cub Scouts Kids Activity Booth – Families can drop-in to try the kinds of activities that Cub Scouts do, all while attending the Farmers Market. There will be a Hot Wheels “Derby” Track, a campsite to explore, Scout Law Putt-Putt, and “Community Helpers Thank You” coloring area. Every youth who visits will receive a prize. Indian Springs Metropark Eco Play – This program series will work on developing skills through outdoor play and adventure.
