Riley Park Ice Rink Choco Valentine Skate – Hershey Kiss Bingo, s’mores, and skating! The rink does not have rental skates, but there are of skates available for skaters to borrow. Hosted by the City of Farmington and the Farmington Community Library.
Southfield Touch-a-Truck – Sensory sensitive hour is from 1p-2p (reduced lighting and sound). Big trucks little trucks, emergency vehicles, demonstrations, drones, and more. Hosed by the City of Southfield.
Southfield Memorial Day Ceremony – The City of Southfield will be holding a Memorial Day ceremony at City Hall at 9a. For more info, visit cityofsouthfield.com.
Farmington Memorial Day Parade – at the Intersection of Grand River & Orchard Lake Road on Grand River Avenue, between Orchard Lake Road and downtown Farmington. The event ends with a ceremony at Memorial Park at Grand River Avenue & Oakland Street, followed by a free community luncheon hosted at the American Legion. The Parade Committee is looking for volunteers who would like to join the team and help organize and manage the event. Southfield Free Summer Concerts – Southfield Gazebo Summer Concert Series, Eat to the Beat, Summer in the City, and Kids Concerts concerts are happening this summer. Southfield will be hosting the Gazebo Summer Concert series at Burgh Historical Park on Tuesday evenings from 7p-8:30p. Bring the family and enjoy the music!
You can also enjoy the Eat to the Beat summer morning concert series on select one Thursday a month at Civic Center Drive and Central Park Boulevard, and the Friday Night Concert Series at the Southfield Municipal Complex.

Farmington Summer Concerts Riley Park – Riley Park in Farmington, Michigan will host free summer concerts on Friday nights at the Walter E Sundquist Pavilion as part of the Rhythmz in Riley Park concert series.
Also usually featured at Riley Park will be the Lunch Beats noon-time summer concert series every Wednesday this summer.
Concerts run every Friday from 7p-9p and feature pop music, folk, country, rock-a-billy and more. Chairs and blankets are recommended.
