Troy Stage Nature Center Earth Day Celebration – 86 Plastic will give a short program to highlight that less than 5% of what we send to recycling is truly repurposed. She will be presenting ways to replace common household (plastic) items for a more sustainable swap. Learn how to reduce waste, reuse what you have, and even save money. Color Hunt Nature Scavenger Hunt – The nature scavenger hunt is for the little explorers out there, ages 3-6. Look at the colors of nature and “matching” the color chips to things we see on our outdoor adventure. Enjoy some books and songs about colors together. Cost: $3/person. Wolverine Lake Free Summer Fun for Kids – The Village of Wolverine Lake will host Tuesdays In The Park days at Clara Miller Park this summer.
Inflatables and fun activities for kids. Your children can climb, crawl and slide through the Mini Festival maze of fun and/or enjoy the parks play structures.
