Royal Oak Jingle – Downtown Royal Oak. Holiday fun in Royal Oak, Enjoy the Cookie Crawl at Downtown stores, the RO Light Parade at 6p, live music, children’s crafts, food trucks, Holiday Marketplace, carriage rides, Santa & Mrs Claus & Santa’s reindeer. Sloan Museum Galentine’s Party – 810-237-3450, sloanlongway.org. Pamper and spoil yourself and your besties with shopping, karaoke and more. All four museum galleries will be open to event attendees until 8p. A cash bar and the Coffee Beanery Cafe will also be open for food and beverage purchases during the event. Royal Oak Memorial Day Parade – The parade will start at Main Street & Lincoln and will proceed north to Second Street The parade has been held on Memorial Day for several decades as a respectful tribute to our veterans – past and present. Royal Oak Free Summer Concerts – the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce will take place Center Street Pop-Up Park on Thursdays this summer. Summer concert series features music from local acts. Food is available for purchase from many find Royal Oak Eateries. Admission to the events is FREE. Kids activities will be provided.
