Birmingham Wine Event – ‘Battle of the Palates’ wine event. Bring your favorite red wine and put it to the test in a blind tasting. Hors D’oeuvres and gifts will be available to everyone. Birmingham Christmas Town – at Birmingham First United Methodist Church. Come early and enjoy wonderful music at their Heralds of Christmas concert, featuring their children’s choirs from 3-4 PM in the main sanctuary. Then, there will be crafts, story time with a guest author, warm hot cocoa, a live petting zoo and a visit with Santa on
Birmingham First Front Lawn (The event will be moved indoors if there is inclement weather.) This is a FREE event hosted by Birmingham First United Methodist Church.
White Lake Winter Carnival – WLCL – at White Lake Inn (248-887-1818). Hosted by the White Lake Citizens League Winter Carnival. The annual winter festival has fireworks, a broomball tournament, kids activities, and more. More info…schedule of events.
Sylvan Lake Easter Egg Hunt – To participate please donate a dozen plastic eggs and candy to Sylvan Lake City Hall by 4/6/23. There will be multiple hunts based on age groups. Get your child’s picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Hosted by Sylvan Lake Recreation.
Dragon Wellness Festival – Tweens and Teens enjoy an afternoon of activities including live music from Lake Orion High School students, workout classes cardio drumming & yoga, rockwall, carnival games, crafts, photo booth, and more. Lunch is included. This is a FREE event. No pre-registration required.. Hosted by Orion Twp Recreation.
Birmingham Art Walk – Downtown Birmingham. This free strolling event will feature local artists and shops, entertainment and more throughout downtown Birmingham. Stop by participating merchants to meet local artists and enjoy special promotions, light refreshments and other festivities. Attendees are invited to start at the participating business of their choice to receive an event list and then stroll to visit as many participating businesses and artists as desired, throughout the evening. Birmingham Fire Department Open House – at Adams Fire Station. The hands-on event offers attendees an opportunity to operate a fire hose and learn about fire safety. Portable fire extinguisher and DTE Arcs and Sparks demonstrations also will take place during the open house. View an EMS and vehicle extrication display, along with HAZMAT apparatus and equipment. The Beaumont One helicopter will also be at the event. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and view the inside of the helicopter. Birmingham Santa Walk – in Downtown Birmingham (320 Martin St, Birmingham, MI). Santa’s walk through Downtown Birmingham on his way to Shain Park Santa House for another season of fun. Hosted by the Birmingham Principal Shopping District.
