Farmington Martin Luther King Jr Day Celebration – All events at the Main Library take place in the Auditorium, unless otherwise noted. Annual Dr Martin Luther King Jr celebration includes activities and events for all ages!

Sloan Museum Galentine’s Party – 810-237-3450, sloanlongway.org. Pamper and spoil yourself and your besties with shopping, karaoke and more. All four museum galleries will be open to event attendees until 8p. A cash bar and the Coffee Beanery Cafe will also be open for food and beverage purchases during the event. Waterford Earth Day Clean-Up – at Various Waterford Parks. Parks and Rec will supply each park with garbage bags and cleanup equipment. Call 248-674-5441 to sign up for a park. Wade & Watch Movie Night at Waterford Oaks Wavepool – Gain exclusive access to the Waterford Oaks Wave Pool for family swim, followed by a show. Gates open at 6p for swim time until dusk. Finding Dory will be screened at dusk on dry land. Bring a beach towel or blanket and a change of dry clothes for the movie. Park guests can bring in their own food, no glass containers or alcohol allowed. Charcoal grills are also available – bring your own charcoal/lighter fluid. Cost is $10/person. Oakland County Parks Community Garage Sale – Find hidden treasures for sale or sell items you no longer need during the Community Garage Sale. Attendance for buyers is free. Oakland County residents, community members, direct vendors and Mom2Mom sellers are welcome to register for a booth to sell items. Registration is open now.
