Crock Pot Mac and Cheese Recipe
- 4 Tablespoon butter
- 3 Tablespoon flour
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Mustard powder
- 2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cream
- 4 cup shredded cheddar
- 3 strips cooked bacon, chopped
- 8-10 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
Melt butter in crock pot on high setting. Add flour and seasonings. Cook and stir until thick and smooth. Add milk and cream, let heat. Add cheese. Cook a couple minutes till melted. Add pasta. Add bacon. Stir. Cook on low for about 30 minutes until thick.
