Detroit Country Day Lower School Camps / Ages 3-10 / Weekly Camps from June 17 – July 26 / Lower School/Maple Road Campus
Detroit Country Day School Summer day camps for children ages 3-10 instructed by Detroit Country Day School educators. With low (10-1) camper to DCDS staff ratio, these camps incorporate FUN weekly themes with topics focused on STEAM, sports, arts, nature, cooking, and academics. Before and aftercare programs are available for an additional fee. Choose from such fun camps as Sharktastic Week, Veterinarian Camp, Rockin’ Reptiles & Awesome Amphibians, Encanto Camp, Neverland Camp, and more. Detroit Country Day School Academic Camps / Grades 4-12 / Weekly Camps from June 17 – July 26 / Thirteen Mile Campus & Hillview Campus
Academic, arts, coding, robotics and much more for middle school & high school students taught by DCDS staff. Wondering what to do with your middle school student this summer? Let them choose their adventure! They could spend the morning learning fractions or in a sports camp, then dive into stop motion animation or chess in the afternoon. A supervised lunch period is included free of charge for all students in grades 4-8 who stay for morning and afternoon sessions. Spanish, tech, dance, study skills, and leadership opportunities also provide students in middle school with the time, space, and program to develop academic life skills. Detroit Country Day School Sports Academy / Ages 5-18 / June 11 – August 23 / Thirteen Mile Campus /
Sports camps and academies for boys and girls Grades JK-12 across a variety of camps all coached by DCDS coaches & staff. Kids ages 5-11 will enjoy sports fundamentals. Camps for middle and high school children will be skill-specific, providing an opportunity for athletes who truly want to hone their skills and reach their full potential. Camps include football camps & clinics, basketball camps & clinics, self-defense, physical fitness training, sailing, volleyball, soccer, Yoga, and more!
