I don’t go often but when I do, I always seemed to get a free drink or Queso out of the deal. On your birthday, QDoba gives you a BOGO offer to print from your e-mail. You also receive FREE chips & queso for signing up.
Free Buddy’s Pizza on Your Birthday – Buddy’s Pizza sends you a coupon for a free 4-Square pizza when you dine-in at Buddy’s. Buddy’s does offer the free 4-Square cheese pizza for their birthday if they are a member of the Buddy’s rewards club. The pizza is gifted 7 days before their birthdate, and is valid for 30 days. Simply visit Buddy’s Pizza website and sign-up for their email club.
Free Submarine Sandwich from Jersey Mike’s Subs – This one’s gotten WAY more complicated through the years but it’s still valid… just a lot of restrictions. Jersey Mike’s offers a free regular sub for your birthday if you’re a MyMike’s member, opted into emails, provided your birthday, and made a purchase (regular/giant sub, wrap, or bowl) in the past year, earning 72 Shore Points on your birthday for redemption. To get it, sign up for MyMike’s, ensure your birthday and email are updated, and make at least one qualifying purchase annually for the points to be added to your account.

They ended up giving me a surprise treat and sang (not very loud thankfully because I was just like oh no lol) and wrote a happy birthday note that was very sweet.
I also saw something online that said the original pancake house gives you a free specialty pancake with purchase of breakfast on your birthday but when I called, they said they don’t do anything so that was a bummer! I still recommend them in general because those specialty pancakes are amazing though.
Also, One Eye’d Betty’s gives a $20 off as a birthday treat during your birthday month. Caribou coffee also gives a free birthday drink, possibly your entire birthday week. That’s what the wording seems to imply. I don’t support CC in general though because of the boycott.

Benihana’s does $50 off now for birthday and $25 off for half-birthdays. But you have to sign up for their new “Friends with Benefits” rewards program and I’m not sure how long it takes them to apply the discount after making the account.
