HalloWeekends Cedar Point 2025 Dates & Hours

• Thursdays, September 11 through October 30 from 6p-midnight
• Fridays and Saturdays, September 12 through November 1 from 11a-midnight
• Sundays, September 14 through October 26 from 11a-8p

I attended a media event on HalloWeekends on opening day a few years back to check it out. Here’s a recap of what you can expect at Cedar Point HalloWeekends…

Low Scare “Daytime Delights” HalloWeekends Fun for Kids 12 and Under

HalloWeekends is filled with Spooktacular attractions. There are two degrees of ‘scary’ – Family Friendly, and Frightfully Scary (which is not recommended for young children). My kids were not fans of the super scary options, so we went for the more kid-friendly, low-scare attractions. There are also some hay mazes, trick or treating, costume contests, halloween parade and more.

In addition to the trick or treat trail and Halloween fun, you can visit Kid-Friendly Attractions for some low-scare Halloween fun for the 12 & under set. Low-scare options include – Boneyard Jamboree, Harvest Tractors, hay mazes, Spooky Eye Spy, Kooky Krafts, Monster Makeovers face painting, and more.

HalloWeekends Cedar Point Scary Attractions

If you are a fan of the scary stuff, check out HAUNT at HalloWeekends –  haunted houses, scare zones, horror shows, etc. The haunted houses are for guests over 48″ tall, or accompanied by a responsible person only.

In total, you’ll find more than 20 spooktacular attractions at Cedar Point’s HalloWeekends.

When attending on a Friday, please note that not all the rides are open on Fridays. Some of the rides that are open are early entry attractions & will open at 6p

During HalloWeekends, most attractions are scheduled to be available on Saturdays & Sundays.

The Indoor Haunted mazes are scheduled to open from 8p-midnight on Thursdays, and Fridays, Saturdays from 6p-midnight, and Sunday from 5p-8p.

HalloWeekends Cedar Point Ride Availability 2025

• Cedar Point is now encouraging visitors to download the FREE Cedar Point mobile app to see which rides and attractions will be open during HalloWeekends. The info will also include wait times. In the past, Cedar Point usually provided a list via their website of the rides available. Now, they are relying on the app for the most up-to-date info.
