HalloWeekends Cedar Point 2022 – Opening day for HalloWeekends is September 15! HalloWeekends runs through October 30, 2022.

Cedar Point has done a great job appeasing all ages and scare ranges! You can attend the frightless, Tricks & Treats Fall Fest… Or, the super-scary Haunt at HalloWeekends!

I attended a media event on HalloWeekends on opening day a few years back to check it out. Here’s a recap of what you can expect at Cedar Point HalloWeekends…

Low Scare HalloWeekends Fun for Kids 12 and Under

HalloWeekends is filled with Spooktacular attractions. There are two degrees of ‘scary’ – Family Friendly, and Frightfully Scary (which is not recommended for young children). My kids were not fans of the super scary options, so we went for the more kid-friendly, low-scare attractions. There are also some hay mazes, trick or treating, costume contests, halloween parade and more. For HalloWeekends 2022 you can meet the different Peanuts characters at Camp Snoopy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at various times.

In addition to Snoopy and the Gang, you can visit Kid-Friendly Attractions for some low-scare Halloween fun for the 12 & under set. Low-scare options include – Crazy Born Box, Harvest Tractors, hay mazes, a whimsical walk-through house, and more.

HalloWeekends Scary Attractions

If you are a fan of the scary stuff, check out HAUNT at HalloWeekends –  haunted houses, scare zones, horror shows, etc. The haunted houses are for guests over 48″ tall, or accompanied by a responsible person only.

In total, you’ll find more than 20 spooktacular attractions at Cedar Point’s HalloWeekends.

When attending on a Friday, please note that not all the rides are open on Fridays. Some of the rides that are open are early entry attractions & will open at 6p

During HalloWeekends, most attractions are scheduled to be available on Saturdays & Sundays. On Thursdays & Fridays… only the following attractions are scheduled to be available.
