There are 2 ways to purchase discount Hazel Park Memorial Festival Carnival armbands. 1 online is through the Carnival host, Big Rock Amusements. The other way to purchase tickets is in-person through the City of Hazel Park
Discount Tickets Opportunities In-Person
5/8/25 – Advance sale tickets are now available for purchase for the Memorial Weekend carnival. Tickets are $25 each and may be purchased at the Recreation Department or at City Hall at the Treasurer’s Office during office hours. CASH ONLY. Each ticket is good for one day of attendance at the carnival.

Discount Tickets Opportunities On-line
Carnival at Green Acres Park hosted by Big Rock Amusments. Opening and closing times are subject to change without notice due to weather or other unforeseen occurrences. Rides require 2-5 tickets per rider. Daily armbands are valid on the day of purchase only, no transfers or swapping.

Join the City of Hazel park on Memorial Day for a ceremony starting at 9a Hazel Park Jr High School. Route goes to the Hazel Park Community Center near Green Acres Park. Hosted by the City of Hazel Park.
The City of Hazel Park Recreation Department Has Issued The Following Rules for the Hazel Park Carnival on Memorial Day Weekend
- Pre-sale tickets are cash only
- Attendees must have an armband to access the Fair and Beer Tent or remain on premises
- Non-riding supervising parents or guardians will be admitted for free
- Beer tent wristbands are free to adults over 21 years of age
- All minors must be supervised by a parent or guardian after 6p
- All children under 12 years of age must be supervised at all times
- Individuals violating festival rules will be asked to leave and may be prosecuted
- No face coverings are allowed except for religious or approved medical purposes
- No weapons allowed
- Bags are subject to be searched
- No petition circulation inside of the carnival area
- If you are asked to leave for any reason, there will no refunds and you must leave the premises
