My family and I went to Hibachi House Grill & Bar after having tried other Japanese steakhouses. We all agreed that the food was cooked great and it was very flavorful.
The sauces used at Hibachi House Grill & Bar are extremely complimentary to the dishes served. My kids, who are very picky eaters, enjoyed the sauces and how the food was prepared, even down to the dressing on the salad.
Hibachi House Grill & Bar offers up the full entertainment dining experience with the fires on the grill, “volcano” onions, spatula tossing, and other fancy grilling moves. The chef did a decent job, even though we went there at an “off” hour so we were the only table there. I am thinking if the place was packed and there were a lot more people being entertained at each table, it would be more lively in there and a much easier atmosphere for the chefs. But, he did a nice job nonetheless.
Some will say “It’s all about the experience” but for me, the experience immediately goes south if the food is not good. My opinion is based mostly on the food and in this case, I am a fan.

The portion sizes at Hibachi House Grill & Bar are good (and we were there for lunch). I got the scallops and shrimp and appreciate the size – no skimpy shrimp or small scallops here. The seasoning and sauce bring out the best flavors and taste. Every meal at Hibachi House Grill & Bar is served with soup, salad, noodles, veggies, rice and the main entree. So, the overall quantity is very satisfying.
Hibachi House Grill & Bar meals are served with the traditional sides of ginger and yum yum sauce. Both were so good it was hard to decide which I liked better.
