I’ve played around with different ingredients and have finally found the best combination that tastes so good even my kids eat it thinking it is better chocolate than what they can buy at the store. Best part is that it’s super easy to make and only uses three ingredients.
Homemade Sugar-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Recipe Ingredients
- Two Organic 100% Cacao Unsweetened Chocolate baking bars / 4 oz bars (I use Mill City brand which can be purchased at Walmart or online)
- 1/2 cup of raw unfiltered honey
- 1 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS
Break up the chocolate squares and put into a glass bowl. Microwave for three minutes 15 seconds on power level five. Stir chocolate to ensure all is melted. Add in honey, stir. Add in raisins, stir. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread chocolate mixture evenly on parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick. If you want, you can sprinkle with organic sea salt. Refrigerate until solid. Once hardened, break into pieces by hand and enjoy. These store very well in Tupperware containers in the fridge and taste great chilled.

And raw, unfiltered honey has also been found to be beneficial with its amino acids, minerals, vitamins, enzymes, and polyphenols acting as antioxidants.
