Lemon Frosting Recipe Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cups of confectioners sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Lemon Frosting Recipe Directions
Juice one lemon with a hand juicer. Soften butter. Mix in confectioners sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Spread onto dessert and eat as is or refrigerate and let harden.
