I wanted an easy-to-install sauna that was affordable. I wanted the cheapest, most effect (highest heat / fastest heat) as I could find… and this is it. I spent less than $400 and had an easy-to-assemble home sauna I could set-up and remove easily. Nurecover Sauna Review – How It Works

Nurecover uses ThermaCore™ Heat which maxes at 185°F of therapeutic heat. It heats up QUICK. I would say within 5 minutes it’s ready to use. And, boy does it get hot! Honestly, the hottest sauna I’ve ever been in. I’ve gone to spa saunas where they make me call a half hour ahead so they can turn it on. And, when I’m there, it’s still not reaching the highest temp, or anything that I feel is really working.

The Nurecover sauna includes LumaCore™ Red Light Therapy which works on your cells with red-light therapy. And, it’s more effective as your body heats up since heated tissue acts as a sponge. So, I’m happy to have the high heat of this sauna.

Nurecover Sauna Review – How To Set Up / Install

The Nurecover sauna was easy to set up, considering. It still took me about an hour, but I think that was mostly due to my unfamiliarity with the product and a little bit of lacking instructions. But, I would still opt for this over the big, heavy wooden units. The website stated it was a 4-minute set-up, which I would highly disagree with.

I have heard that the wooden units use glue to put the panels together and that this can create fumes when heated to high temps. The Nurecover sauna is made with non-toxic materials. It also uses a reinforced steel frame with commercial-grade materials. It’s quite sturdy.

One other concern I have with traditional saunas is the undetermined harm of EMF…maybe it’s a bit early to know the side effects, if any. Nurecover uses Low-EMF which is a nice feature, just in case EMF proves to be harmful.

Nurecover Sauna Review – Easy to Store

The Nurecover sauna folds flat when not in use. You don’t need anything special for set-up, it plugs into a regular old outlet, and uses less energy than a hair dryer. We’re using ours in a spare room. I did purchase the mat that goes underneath because ours is set up on a wood floor and I wanted to be sure to protect the flooring.
