OAK in the Hills Rochester Hills 2026 – O.A.K. (Outdoor Adventure Kickoff) returns for another installment at Spencer Park in Rochester Hills on Saturday, May 16 from 11a-3p.
The event is hosted by the City of Rochester Hills & our friends at Oakland County Parks. Our friends at RARA Recreation. will also be on-hand hosting some of the fun activities.

O.A.K. Outdoor Adventure Kickoff is a FREE event for kids of all ages as an invitation to explore the amazing Spencer Park and the fun activities that are associated with putting down the phone, and getting outside!
The City of Rochester Hills & Oakland County Parks provide a full-slate of family-friendly and sporty activities designed to get people moving and having fun at the local parks.

Some OAK in the Hills / O.A.K. Outdoor Adventure Kickoff Activities activities will have times sessions. You can find more information at the station.
- Nature hiking – 11:30a, 12:30p, and 1:30p
- Yoga sessions – 11:30a, 12:30p, and 1:30p
- Archery and other activities will be available until 2:30p
Spencer Park is an ideal place to host these events. All of the fun stations will be contained to one area, and Carter Lake at Spencer Park is ideal for all the water-based sessions (fishing, fly fishing, net dipping, kayaking).
