Perfect Image At-Home Chemical Peel

Perfect Image At-Home Chemical Peel Review, instructions, and info – Perfect Image is an online spa that offers skin care products for anti-aging, sensitive skin, oily/acne type skin, and uneven skin tones. One of the products that really caught my eye is the At-Home Chemical Peel.

With many reluctant to go to the spa these days, an at-home chemical peel is an ideal solution…and only a fraction of the cost you would pay at a spa.

My only experience with chemical peels prior to this review is what I saw on Sex and the City after Samantha had one done. She went out in public with a red, blemished face that looked absolutely raw and painful. I was convinced that I would never go this route.

But, a chemical peel does not have to be like this. And, the Perfect Image line is made for at home use so it’s safe and easy to use. There are several to choose from at varying levels of strength. You choose the strength depending on how familiar your face is with chemical peels, how sensitive your skin is, etc.

I was given level 1 to sample. Even though I was granted the Perfect Image At-Home Chemical Peel product for review, my opinions are all my own.

My goal with the chemical peel was to remove fine lines and wrinkles. The Perfect Image at home chemical peel is enhanced with retinol and green tea. Level 1 is a glycolic 30% gel peel. Not only does the at home chemical peel claim to help diminish fine lines and wrinkles, it also promotes collagen production and sloughs away dead skin cells for a more rejuvenated and even skin tone appearance.

After just three uses, I could see the difference in my skin. The fine lines are fading and my skin feels soft, smooth and supple. And, I love that this at home chemical peel is gluten free, paraben free, phthalate free, SLS free, cruelty free, and made in the USA. It was so easy to use and comes with very detailed instructions. I applied multiple layers with wait times in between, totaling only about 5 minutes of wearing the product, then rinse. I could not wear makeup for 24 hours, but that’s easy enough.

Perfect Image at home chemical peel gel uses Retinol (vitamin A) to penetrate to lower levels of the skin to improve elasticity and skin texture by promoting collagen stimulation and removing dead skin cells. Green tea and chamomile extracts are used for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Vitamin-rich cucumber extract helps provide added skin tightening properties.

I don’t know how many uses I will get from the 1 oz bottle since I have not finished it yet, but for about $30, I can already say it’s well worth the time, money, and effort.
