My friend and I went for a wine tasting after we had a previous visit there where we enjoyed a hard cider while on a hayride. Pond Hill is so pleasant, you just appreciate the surroundings while you’re there. We got a flight of wine samples and really enjoyed them. They had a great variety ranging from reds, whites, sparkling, rose and a cherry wine. You can purchase them by the flight, or individually by a 1 oz taste, 5 oz glass, or the bottle.
Pond Hill Farm Winery also has a cute cafe restaurant that serves up awesome soups, salads, sandwiches, and pasties if you are looking to mix a meal in with your wine tasting. Additionally, they have a great wood fire pizza oven to serve up some very unique pizzas. I personally did not order a pizza, but I saw a lot of them around me since the wine enthusiasts that were there were all ordering pizza.
Pond Hill Farm also offers indoor and outdoor patio seating, trail walks, trail horse buggy rides, flower garden, fish ponds, family photo opportunities, potato golf, freshly made hot cider doughnuts, an amazing gift shop, and so much more. I highly recommend stopping in the gift shop on your way out. You will find many of their original jams, salsas, seasonings, etc.
Pond Hill Farm is family owned and very well maintained. You can absolutely see the pride of ownership at Pond Hill Farm.
