Red Oaks Waterpark features a giant triple waterslide, wave pool, lazy river and more. Red Oaks Waterpark and Waterford Oaks Waterpark are maintained by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.

Red Oaks Waterpark Admission Prices – Regular Season Rates
- Fridays / Saturdays / Sundays – $28 or $20 for Oakland County Residents
- Mondays through Thursdays – $26 or $18 for Oakland County Residents
- Children ages 0-1 years old are free with a paid adult admission
Tickets can be purchased online up to three days prior to visit or at the waterpark for any open date during the season.
Online ticket sales stop at 2p for same day admission. Onsite ticket sales stop daily one hour before the waterpark closes.
To receive Oakland County resident rates you must show proof of current OC residency on valid photo ID at the time of purchase.
Children ages 11 & under must be accompanied by an adult at the waterpark.

Red Oaks Waterpark (1455 East 13 Mile Road, Madison Heights, MI 48071)
Walk with or against the flow of the 1,000-foot River Ride after the park closes for a unique workout. This adults-only program is for all abilities and fitness levels. All participants must walk; no floating will be allowed. Four punch cards are available, each valid for a specific day of the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Each punch card is good for eight visits on that day only. If participants wish to walk two or more days a week, they must purchase multiple punch cards. Punch cards are $60 each and available for purchase through June 27, 2025 or until capacity is sold out. To purchase, register online, call 248-858-0916 weekdays during business hours. Madison Heights Waterpark Events – After Hours Swim Party for 50+

Registered adults ages 50+ are welcome to swim in the wave pool, float in the River Ride and zip down the waterslides after the waterpark closes for the day. Cost is $10/person if preregistered by June 29. Day-of-the-event registration is $15/person. Register online or by calling 248-858-0916 during business hours. 2025 Red Oaks Splash Pad
The recently renovated children’s Splash Pad has 52 interactive water activities, including a water play climber with slides and a dumping bucket. The zero-depth attraction offers 160 ’x 105’ of play area with a new adjacent shade structure.
Red Oaks employs Oakland County Parks certified lifeguards. Oakland County Parks lifeguards are licensed through Jeff Ellis & Associate’s International Lifeguard Training Program. Oakland County Parks and Recreation has won awards for exceeding safety standards from ILTP for the last four years.
