Sandverse opened up in early Spring of 2026 as an indoor playspace for younger children. It’s a large, elevated sandbox FILLED with fun trucks, diggers, buckets, blocks, construction signs, and other props.
Adults will love Sandverse too. The entire seating area has a clear view of the sand. Of course, adults usually want to jump in and play with kids in the sand too. Wifi is FREE and so is the fresh coffee.

It has ultralow dust, it’s non-toxic and naturally sourced, it’s soft, and OSHA-compliant. The sand at Sandverse Farmington Hills is raked, sifted, and disinfected (the toys too). The play area is sanitized regularly as is the facility’s air systems. The sand is often fully replenished to maintain freshness. Their facility features advanced HEPA air filtration systems that capture up to 99.97% of airborne particles, including dust, allergens, and bacteria.
