The annual festival features live entertainment, giant carnival midway hosted by Wade Shows, opening night fireworks, vendors, art fair, 5k race, and more! This year’s Sterlingfest carnival takes place from Thursday, July 23, 2026 through Saturday, July 25, 2026. Festival hours from 10a-11p daily. Arts and crafts hours are 10a-8p. Carnival hours are 10a-10:30p.
Sterlingfest Carnival 2026 Info & Discount Ride Band Sale
The giant carnival midway is open on all 3 days of the festival from 10a-10:30p
Ride Tickets are $5 for 7, $35 for 30, or $50 for 50. All-day ride bands are available, see below for sales and cost info. Tickets / credits and wristbands purchased at The Sterlingfest Art & Music Fair will be accessed a $2 Fair Pass (Funtagg) activation fee upon payment.
2026 Sterlingfest Carnival Coupon Discount Armband Info – $30 if your purchase by 7/22/26 at midnight (save $8). Pre-sale armbands are valid for use on any one day of the event from open until close. These haven’t gone on sale yet for 2025 but this will be the discount once it is live on the carnival host’s website. Purchase Online Here.

Unlimited Carnival Ride Armbands – $38 can be purchased on-site from 7/23-7/25.
Sterlingfest Drone Show 2026
There won’t be a fireworks display at Sterlingfest for 2026. A drone show replaced the fireworks show at the festival in 2024 and will remain in place for 2026. The Sterlingfest Drone show will take place on Thursday, July 23, 2026 (Festival Opening Night) at 9p.

Parking / Shuttle Info for Sterlingfest 2026
Parking is available during festival hours at the following locations – with Shuttle Service at select locations. Suggested donation for parking – $5 Venmo Accepted

Shuttle Service – Shuttles will drop off riders in the Community Center parking lot and will run from 9:45a to midnight all three days of the festival. Shuttle Bus Service is $1 suggested donation per way. Venmo accepted.
