Trader Joe’s Nourish SPA Shampoo Review and info. Trader Joe’s has a conditioner and shampoo under the Nourish Spa brand name and has been sold for at least the past 10 years at a majority of Trader Joe’s stores. Unlike some Trader Joe’s products, this product has been consistently on the shelves and doesn’t disappear at odd times. I’m glad it’s a staple.
Sometimes when I use the same shampoo day after day, its positive effects wear off. I remember when I was shopping at Trader Joe’s and noticed that they had an organic shampoo for cheap for a 16.9 fl oz bottle called Trader Joe’s Nourish SPA Shampoo. The price was right so I gave it a try. More than 10 years later, I still use this product. Maybe not number 1 in my hair arsenal, but it gets pretty rotation.
I was really happy with the results from using Nourish SPA Shampoo. My hair definitely styled better and looked clean and healthy. I know it’s not just a coincidence either, or maybe just a case of a bad hair day vs. a good hair day. I can tell you for sure that when I accidentally reach for the other shampoo, I notice a considerable difference with my style and it’s not good. With the Trader Joe’s shampoo, not only did the style look better, it lasted longer.
I’ve been using the product for years now. Initially, at least when I first began purchasing it 10 years ago, the shampoo contained methylparaben and propylparaben as some of the shampoo’s ingredients. I’m happy to report that years later, this is not longer the case.

Nourish Spa has a nice clean smell that doesn’t smell too perfumey. My husband uses it as well, he likes the light, clean smell. We both have also used Nourish Spa Conditioner in the past. For a conditioner, Nourish Spa works extremely well but I find it to be heavy as far as conditioners go, especially when compared to the lightness of the shampoo. Finally, a shampoo the whole family can use that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
